Individually the personnel employed by Hunting Welltonic have reputations for experience, reliability and integrity, and collectively are a strong force, delivering a very high level of service support. Due to the rapid growth of the company recently there has been a requirement to recruit further highly skilled personnel and we have maintained the philosophy of hiring amongst the best and most experienced available personnel.

Our onshore engineers are available to support coiled tubing company personnel from the enquiry stage of any operation through to post-job reporting. This is available in Aberdeen, the Middle East and Far East and includes the provision of detailed technical and commercial proposals, toolstring drawings and job procedures, attendance with coiled tubing personnel at client meetings if required, job analysis and also any job specific testing etc.

A twenty-four hour on-call system ensures that onshore support is always available, whilst our vastly experienced offshore engineers are available to supervise all downhole tool applications at the well site.

Management & Maintenance of Clients Tools

Hunting Welltonic currently manage and maintain a full inventory of coiled tubing tools for coiled tubing companies in Aberdeen, thus enabling these companies to utilize their own coiled tubing tools for a range of operations.

This involves Hunting Welltonic holding our customer's tool inventories at our service facility in Aberdeen and maintaining the tools to the highest standards through the utilization of our highly qualified and trained personnel, our stringent service and testing facilities and our extensive quality assurance programme.

This ensures that the coiled tubing companies utilize the tools to maximum potential and that they are maintained to the highest possible standard after undergoing the following:

• External examination & visual inspection
• Dismantle, de-grease & clean tools
• Third party MPI Inspection
• Re-assemble tool with new parts
• Pressure/ Function test of assembly tools
• Paint tool and colour-code connections
• Complete relevant service reports
