Our sand trap design allows to accumulate large volumes of solids in the well stream at high pressure combined with the security of the sand filter technology
The tangential inlet design supported by FEM calculations creates an improved solids separation in the vessel. The high angle speed created by this tangential inlet forces the solids particles out to the vessel wall dropping down to the bottom.
